Women consume meth equally like men. Various surveys dome prove that women get more attracted to crystal methamphetamine than men. This is due to their requirements for weight loss and to control various symptoms of depression. For various other drugs like heroin and cocaine the ratio between men and women users is of the ration 3: 1 and 2: 1 respectively. However, for crystal meth this ratio has come out to be 1: 1 in these surveys. For women the drug disorder related to meth consumption needs various ways of treatment. It is necessary to be with such patients and move them to an intensive care for higher level of cure. Taking care of home, children, work and other responsibilities can sometimes lead to extreme exhaustion. It can also happen that they choose meth as a way again to be in charge of life and be happy. These only worsen the situation. Hence, special treatments are required.
