Methamphetamine residential rehab

Meth rehab residential are facilities that you attend on a more or less volunteer basis. The meth rehabilitation will provide you room and board for the time of your methamphetamine recovery.

Methamphetamine rehab residential are recommended for meth addict that have a severe addiction to methamphetamine. As opposed to meth rehab outpatient, the addict does not go back to his environment. The residential option is the better one due to this fact. The environment has always been a big trigger for a meth addict. Just the fact that you pull out someone off of his environment is therapeutic by itself. Unfortunately, this is not enough.

We have done some researches through different residential facilities.

There are different locations, a huge number of programs, different durations for each residential programs. How do you sort this out?

The questions to ask when you are looking for a program are:

What is their philosophy about meth addiction?

If they tell you that it cannot be cured, he will live with it all his life, he will relapse, then they are just telling that their success rate with methamphetamine addiction is not good.

The second important question is:

What is their success rate towards methamphetamine addiction?

You want to know if their program works. If they give you a vague answer. It does not look good. Either they have a really low success rate or their aftercare is really poor. The success rate, when it is good would be the first thing that you will promote. Don`t let anyone give you some vague answers.

The last important question is:

What's their Staff/Patient ratio.

In doing our investigation, We have got so much different ratio. From 1staff/ 10 patient to 1staff/ 1 patient.

Also the length of the therapy is a factor.

All of the above can seem confusing. When there is a crisis, it can be hard to think clearly and we want to take the best decision possible.
